It may have not been better than Darlington Nagbe's goal this past weekend, but New York Red Bulls forward Luke Rodgers definitely deserves a lot of credit for this one.
In the 37th minute of New York's match against Toronto FC on Wednesday night, Rodgers received a pass and juggled it off his left foot. He then nailed it in mid-air with an incredible volley and the ball flew by Toronto goalkeeper Stefan Frei to put the Red Bulls up 2-0. New York went on to win 5-0.
